Emergencies can happens anytime, anywhere, everyone should learn how to perform CPR  (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) according latest Malaysian/International Guideline. We can choose to join Face to Face First Aid & CPR Training, or just learn it online.

Below are the simple steps for CPR.

Danger

Assess the situation and ensure safety of yourself, the casualty and others

Response

Check the casualty’s response: TAP victim shoulder AND SHOUT. If no response, call for help and try to get contact local medical emergency services. (999 in Malaysia)

 

30 Chest Compression

Compress at the center of the chest, press hard and press fast. Recommended rate will be 100-120 compression in one minutes

Airway

Tilt the head back slightly, and lift the chin to open victims airway.

Breathing

Give 2 Rescue breathing for victims. Blow until chest rise.
