Anybody can and anybody should learn how to perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation). You can choose to join our First Aid & CPR Training, or just learn it online. Below are the simple steps for CPR.
Assess the situation and ensure safety of yourself, the casualty and others
Check the casualty’s response: TAP victim shoulder AND SHOUT. If no response, call for help and try to get contact local medical emergency services.
Compress at the center of the chest, press hard and press fast. Recommended rate will be 100-120 compression in one minutes
Tilt the head back slightly, and lift the chin.
Give 2 Rescue breathing for victims.
