Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training (CPR Training) is an essential teaching for life-saving technique used in emergency situations to manually preserve brain function until professional medical help arrives. Chest compressions and rescue breaths keep blood and oxygen circulating in the body.

It is highly recommended to receive proper CPR training from our certified instructors to ensure proper technique and increase the chances of successful resuscitation. Our trainers are medical professional including Doctors, Nurses, Paramedic and etc.

For everyone who attended our training, CPR using 30 chest compressions and 2 mouth-to-mouth rescue breathing at a ratio of 30:2 compressions-to-breaths.

5 Steps to perform CPR – DRCAB

(2024 Latest Guidelines)

D – Danger

  • Ensure First Aiders & Victims Safety

R – Response

  • Tap victim(s) shoulder to exam his consciousness
  • Call Emergency Number 112/999

C – Chest Compression

  • Check victim(s) breathing
  • If no breathing/no breathing normally, start 30 compressions

A – Airway

  • Open victim(s) airway (Head Tilt Chin Lift)

B – Breathing

  • Perform 2 rescue breaths

 

For those untrained with DRABC or worried about giving rescue breaths due to any concerns, we encourage you to join the training again to refresh your knowledge & skills. Beside that,  American Hear Association suggested to provide Hands-Only CPR. That means continuous chest compressions of 100 to 120 compression per minute until paramedics arrive.
